Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

All items ship from our Roncesvalles store using Canada Post or a Local Courier. We are working on having your shipments out within 24 hours of receiving your order.

For customers in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), we now offer same-day delivery on eligible orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered on the next business day.

We recommend ordering in advance for time-sensitive items as we cannot guarantee delivery times from Canada Post. We appreciate your patience.

Free shipping in Canada on orders $175+.

We are also SHIPPING WORLDWIDE.

CURBSIDE PICK UP:

If you are having a hard time finding this option at checkout, go through the entire shipping process and you will notice the option at the end!

We offer local and in store pick up. We are doing our best to fulfill local pick up orders within 2 hours. Call us at (416) 535-9286 if you need your order sooner.

You will see a Pick Up option at checkout. Once your order is ready you will receive an email. If your order is time sensitive please call us and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate. Please have your order number when picking up your order.

Please do not come until you have received a confirmation!

MAILING GREETING CARDS:

DIRECT TO RECIPIENT $2.00 We are offering to send your personalized cards out on your behalf. Purchase one card at a time for the rate to be calculated, add your personal message in the notes (Make sure the shipping address belongs to the recipient) and we will write your personal message out and mail the card out on your behalf for $2! You will see an untracked card option direct to RECIPIENT at checkout.

DIRECT TO YOU $3.00 If you want your cards sent to you so you can write and deliver yourself, you can choose up to four cards and you will see a direct to YOU option for $3 to cover the cost of a shipping envelope and stamp

Custom & duty fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Taxes are calculated based on the shipping destination. No tax will be added to our customers in the US.
